    Relaxing. The staff were attentive and created a warm atmosphere. I especially appreciated the yoga sessions that helped me rejuvenate. The dining experience was slightly limited for package tour guests, a bit disappointing.

    It was just a solid selection for a holiday in Montecatini Terme with the best value for money ratio. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to make me a drink when there was no bar service. Make sure to confirm your meal plans ahead of time to avoid unexpected changes.

    Wonderful hotel, exceptionally clean, substantial breakfast, excellent location right by the main park. Fine and fantastic room, pleasant staff, free parking. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. Location very close to the Funicular-the cable car to Montecatini Alto, and Pistoia. For shots visit Osteria del Grocco, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the property.

Upon request, we had to pay for bathrobes and found various minor inconveniences like cleanliness issues, including expired minibar products and overlooked dirty dishes.

    The spa experience provided a much-needed retreat, with hydro massage and beautifully maintained gardens. Our family room was uncomfortably warm and the air conditioning was out of service for our entire stay, necessitating window openings that invited mosquitoes. Breakfast offered good organic options, including various Iberian products, which elevated our mornings despite the inconveniences we faced during the night.
